Saucier started with a craving — for the bright, savory, hard-to-name flavor that runs through Filipino cooking and somehow makes everything better. The patis on the table. The calamansi squeezed over almost anything. The taste of home that never quite fit on an American grocery shelf.

So we made it. NANA is our all-purpose sauce: fish sauce and calamansi, balanced into something you'll drizzle, dip, and marinate with until the bottle's empty. It's the modern Filipino pantry staple — familiar to those who grew up with these flavors, and a revelation to everyone else.
